ZuluWorks AI is an operator-led AI agency based in Knysna, Western Cape, South Africa. Our website is zuluworksai.com.

2. What We Collect

When you fill in a form on our site, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your industry and company name (if provided)
• Competitor names you provide for intelligence samples
• Your consent to be contacted

We do not collect payment information. Payments are processed by Paystack (see Section 6).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Send you the competitor intelligence sample or brief you requested
• Contact you about ZuluWorks AI services (only if you consented)
• Improve our services and website

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (R2 object storage) with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain lead information for 24 months unless you request deletion earlier.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Unsubscribe from communications (every email includes an unsubscribe option)

• Resend — email delivery
• Paystack — payment processing (subscriptions only)
• Google Fonts — typography
