ZuluWorks AI provides competitor intelligence reports, AI voice agents, business automation, and related AI services. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.
Competitor intelligence subscriptions are billed at R150/month, processed via Paystack. You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
All content, reports, and materials delivered by ZuluWorks AI remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
ZuluWorks AI provides intelligence and automation services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Western Cape.
